A cohesive HUD
One palette, one light, one scale — then publish a piece of it.
A HUD reads as one system when its pieces agree. Reuse the same small palette across every icon and bar. Light everything from the same direction (top-left is the safe default). Keep icons at a consistent size and weight, so a heart and a coin feel like siblings, not strangers. The moment one icon uses a different outline color or a different light, the whole HUD looks unfinished.
Your capstone: draw and publish a UI element
Draw one clean HUD element below — an icon, a coin, a small heart, a badge — using everything from this course: a readable silhouette, a dark rim, one highlight, a consistent scale. Then publish it as a real Wayline asset, saved to your library.
Draw a small sprite using everything you learned, then publish it. It becomes a real Wayline asset with its own page, saved to your library — your first published game asset.
